Terry Waye, a lead advisor to approximately 20 of Fairway Wealth Management’s clients, has over 17 years of experience delivering financial advisory services to high net worth families and individuals. He is licensed as a Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”) and is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.

Terry began his career in finance in 1991 as a life insurance planning specialist and soon began to specialize in broader wealth management services, first in mutual funds sales with the Cleveland Financial Group, and later as a financial planning associate for Chess Financial Corporation. From 1997 until 2005, while at Gries Financial LLC, Terry was responsible for oversight of approximately 30 wealth management clients and directed the annual tax preparation process for more than 80 of the firm’s income tax clients. Terry joined Fairway Wealth Management in 2006.

Terry earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University in 1992. He is a Board Member of the Hudson Soccer Association and a Committee Member of the Ashbrooke Homeowners Association. He lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife Debbie and their two sons.
