Maria Hinton works with Fairway’s clients and senior advisors to implement certain aspects of clients’ wealth management strategies, including establishing and maintaining investment accounts, and executing trades. She also handles Fairway’s human resources function and manages the support staff.

In 1991 Maria began her career in the financial industry as a Portfolio Administrator for Oak Associates in Akron, Ohio. In that position she was responsible for managing financial product relationships and assuring trade settlements through DTC. In 1999 Maria joined Shaker Investments in Cleveland, Ohio, where she was Vice President of Client Service and Chief Compliance Officer with responsibility for administration of client accounts, account openings, closings, and cash management. In 2006 she joined Fairway Wealth Management.

Maria earned a BA in Business Administration from Malone University in 2000. She lives in Norton, Ohio with her husband, Jeff, and their three children.
